So what are we about? Well, being a digital multimedia company that helps individuals or other brands create digital assets for their own ambitions is nothing new. Take PIXAR Animation for example. They help create amazing moives that we all still chairsh to this day. So whats going to set us apart, besides doing amazing work? Well, a meaningful ideology that can be supported at any given time. And with that, Sayns Media had its manifesto.

FAQ
What is the advantage of hiring a freelance designer over a full-time one?
One of the issues with hiring a full-time designer is allocating enough tasks to them so that their annual salary makes sense for you to pay.
Our monthly plan offers a more flexible option that allows you to only pay for the work you need. You can easily pause or resume your monthly subscription based on your workload, ensuring you're not paying for any unused time. This way, you can maximize the value of your design investment and have access to a skilled designer whenever you need one.
Is there a cutoff to the number of requests?
If you are subscribed to one of our timed plans, you will be able to add as many project as you'd like. Each project will be completed one by one.
This does'nt apply to the One-Time Project Plan.
What is the typical turnaround time for receiving the designs?
The turnaround time is dependent on the actual project at hand. More complex designs can take between 1-2 weeks, whereas simpler designs are completed with a few days.
What programs do you design in?
Most designs are worked in using the Adobe Create Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
What if I'm not satisfied with my design?
If you are not satisfied with your design, we revise it as many time as needed so that you're 100% satisfied.
This does'nt apply to the One-Time Project Plan.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
You can pause your Monthly Subscription plan at any time, and resume whenever you have more projects for us!

Are their refund options if I'm not satisfied with the service?
Due to the high quality of our work, we are unable to issue refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the final product and will work with you to address any issues or concerns."
